* All caravans MUST have valid insurance cover.

* No responsibility will be accepted by the management for any loss or damage caused.

* Customers are required to fit a hitch lock and wheel clamp.

* Customers must disconnect LPG, put down all corner steadies and apply handbrake when in compound.

* All caravans must be left in a safe condition with front main curtains open.

* Customers must not service/wash/live/cook/stay overnight at anytime.

* No more than 2 people outside tow vehicle at anytime within the storage compounds. Access only available from the nearest point of entry to your storage space. NO ACCESS TO ANY OTHER AREAS.

* No third parties to be allowed in the compounds. STRICTLY NO SELLING.

* All tourers must be kept clean and in roadworthy condition.

* NO REFUNDS GIVEN AT ANY TIME.

* Customers must only use their allocated space, as listed at the top of the agreement.

* Customers must advise the owners of any changes to address/car/tourer in writing.

* Only customers whose signatures appear at the end of this agreement can collect keys and gain entry to storage compound.

* There is a time limit of one hour for the return of keys.

* Any lost/damaged or keys not returned will be charged at £15 each.

* Any complaints are to be made in writing to the owners at the above address.

* The management reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.

Amendments to storage terms and condition effective immediately.

* No photos of caravans, boat vehicles taken at our premises to appear on any internet sales site Ebay etc.

* A fee of £50.00 will be charges to transfer any storage balance to a new owner.

* Only the caravan listed on the storage agreement to be stored in the allocated plot.

* No oversized imported caravans will be accepted into the storage only vehicles complying with UK construction & use regulations will be accepted e.g. max 7'6" wide (existing customers excepted, however new caravans/updates will not be accepted).
